A flagstone walkway edged in pavers, running past a mulched bed of low greenery toward a house

Put your hands on it before it reaches your driveway.

Everything that lands on your project comes off this lot first. Walk it, pick up the stone, look at the plant. Nobody orders a yard blind off a website here.

Everything a plan calls for, in one place.

Plants, hardscape and bulk material all under one gate, which is the whole reason a DIYscapes plan can be delivered in a single load instead of six trips to four suppliers.

Plants Rows of potted shrubs and flowering perennials at the nursery

Shrubs, perennials and color

Boxwood, hollies, ornamental grasses and seasonal color. Stocked to a simple rule: if it will not survive an Augusta August, we do not carry it.

Hardscape Stacked slabs of tan flagstone bound in wire

Flagstone and pavers

Cut, stacked and banded on the pallet. Pick your color and thickness in daylight rather than off a swatch, then we load it.

Stone Close-up of smooth white and gray river rock

River rock and gravel

Sized by the scoop, from pea gravel through to decorative river rock. Sold by volume so you are not guessing at bag counts.

Bulk A roll-off loaded with stacked flagstone, river rock, black mulch and trays of potted plants

Mulch, soil and stone

Sold by volume off the yard and loaded together. Compare two mulches side by side on the sample stand before eight yards of one lands on your drive.

Feature Boulders and accent stone set into a new planting bed

Boulders and accent stone

The pieces that make a bed look designed rather than filled. Choose the individual stone, not a category on an invoice.

In season A sunflower in bloom at the nursery

Whatever is blooming

The stock moves with the calendar. Come by in person and you will leave with something that was not on the list.

We design for Georgia clay, not a national catalog.

Augusta heat, CSRA rainfall and heavy clay will quietly kill a planting scheme that looked perfect on a screen. Local knowledge is not a marketing line here, it is the reason your plants are alive in August.

  • Clay, and what it does to drainage

Heavy soil holds water at the root ball and drowns things that would thrive two states north. We plant and amend around that.

  • Full sun in an Augusta July

Afternoon exposure here is a different climate to afternoon exposure in a catalog photograph. We will tell you which side of the house a plant can take.

  • Straight answers, including the cheap one

If the less expensive material will do the same job on your project, that is what we will point you at. And we will say plainly when an idea will not survive here.

Cheaper to hear it from us than from the plant

Come walk the lot.

No appointment needed to look around. If you want to talk through a project, the design consultation is free and there is no obligation to buy anything on the day. Take the plan home and think about it.

Answering "how do I…" questions partway through a build is part of the deal too, by phone or at the counter.
